3 vehicles fell from the overpass on the KMP highway
An accident took place on the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) highway in Nuh on Saturday morning, in which two persons were seriously injured. In a freak accident allegedly caused by a speeding truck on Saturday morning, three of the five vehicles involved in the accident went off the flyover on the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) highway in Nuh, killing four people instantly and two others seriously wounded. According to authorities, all five vehicles, two buckets, a truck, a sedan and a capsule truck were badly damaged. Two passengers suffered serious physical injuries, and among the dead were the owners of two centers, one truck driver, and the drivers of two centers. According to authorities, all five cars were heavily damaged.
The police said that the injured were taken to the hospital and are being treated. As stated, their condition is difficult. The police filed a report at the Rojka Meo police station. Around 5:30 am the truck broke down and the driver, Prem Chand, was waiting for another truck from the same transport company to be repaired when tragedy struck. Mahender Singh, the driver of the other truck, reached the spot soon after and stopped in front of the broken down vehicle.
Uday Chand, the owner of both trucks, arrived in his car a little later. According to authorities, the owner was standing next to both truck drivers while they were working on repairs when the speeding capsule truck hit the first gallop. According to Station House Officer Naresh Kumar of Rojka Meo police station, the speeding truck overturned from the flyover into the space between the carriageways after the incident. Soon after, the truck and the car behind them crashed into the already damaged cars and both fell off the overpass.
