90 Day Fiancé’s Mary Announces Colon Cancer Diagnosis as Husband Brandan Asks Fans to ‘Save Her Life’

90 Day Fiancé: Another Way’s Brandan made a plea to his followers after sharing Mary’s cancer diagnosis.

Brandan, who married Mary last year, announced on Instagram on Saturday that his wife would undergo surgery to “remove colon cancer” as he shared a link to a fundraising page with his followers.

“I am modest [sic] I’m asking for your financial help for Maria’s surgery,” he wrote on his Instagram Story. “We need help, not condemnation. Any amount will go a long way to helping Mary and saving her life.”

On the fundraising page, Mary wrote that she was “diagnosed with colon cancer” on Friday and shared that she has had symptoms on and off since high school, which she considered “normal.”

“I’m dreading surgery after the c-section,” she wrote, referring to her daughter, Midnight, whom she and Brandan welcomed in August, but said her doctor told her the cancer had to be “removed before it’s too late.”

Mary added that she does not have “financial support” to finance the procedure because “she is the only one working in the family.”

“Please don’t judge me [sic] I don’t want to die,” she continued. “I want to spend my whole life with my daughter.”

On Monday, Brandan shared another photo on his Instagram Story of the outside of the building with Common Heights’ “Keep Going” playing. He tagged Mary in the post as the song’s inspirational line, “You’re stronger than you think you are,” played over the photo.

Mary previously said her daughter was “worth everything and I’ve never been this happy in my life”, recalling how she got “watery-eyed” after Midnight was born Party tonight.

She got pregnant just three months after Brandan moved from the US to the Philippines to be with her, and the couple broke with tradition by trying to have a baby before the wedding. They had previously vowed to remain celibate out of respect for Mary’s grandparents, but revealed they were expecting to enter the show as Mary admitted she was suffering from “baby fever”.

“So that’s why I’m crazy and I really want a baby, right,” Mary told the cameras in the September episode. “I know we’ve been trying, but it’s different when you’re trying compared to like, when it actually happens and you’re like, ‘OK, wait.’ Like, I thought it would last longer.”

Mary also explained why, despite her family’s conservative beliefs, she decided to have sex before marriage. “Brandon is here in person now and I really love him and feel ready to give him my best,” she said. “You know, we’re human.”

Brandan said he was immediately sure of paternity when they decided to try. However, he admitted in a confessional interview that his perspective has changed a bit since Mary actually got pregnant.

“I felt very confident and I felt like I was ready to have a baby. But now that it’s actually happening, I’m thinking to myself, like, where did I get my confidence from?” He said. “I’m starting to have doubts. I just really hope we can handle whatever is on our plate.”
