Loren is recovering from “mommy makeover” surgery and is now aiming to get back to work – but Alex isn’t on the same page.

“I know it probably wasn’t the best time, but I wanted to tell you,” she tells her husband.
“I don’t know why you’re telling me that when I’m saying, you know, we’re starting to get back to normal and you’re going to start doing more things around the house and now you’re like, ‘Oh, but I’ve got this,'” Alex says, talking about her lengthy recovery after underwent tummy tuck, liposuction and breast augmentation.

Loren retorts, “Other moms work too, don’t they, not just 9 to 5. They do unconventional jobs and still take care of their family and husband, and I can do that.”
“I hope you can,” Alex replies, as Loren tells him, “I just want you to support it and see. I can. I will.”

Alex then admits that her return to work “isn’t what’s important to me,” which leads her to question what he means. “Would you rather I stay home and take care of the kids, you and the house?”
“Yes. That’s more important to me, yes.”
When Loren asks him to be her “cheerleader,” as she says, “I’d cheer for you,” her husband doubles down.
“I’m just saying I won’t be your fucking cheerleader, okay?”
