Loren Brovarnik’s “mommy makeover” operation inspired his colleagues Fiancé of 90 days star Jasmine Pineda wanted some more cosmetic procedures of her own.
During the fourth part of st Happily ever after? season 8 Tell-All August 18, Jasmine revealed that she’s “considering” a few “touch-ups” of cosmetic procedures she’s already had — including a Brazilian butt lift that she didn’t tell her husband Gino Palazzolo about but let her ex pay for.
After Gino said he would “support her” if Jasmine “really wants” further surgery, she took the opportunity to share what she had her eye on. “I’m not happy with my waist. I want to make it smaller,” Jasmine said, before shocking the rest of the cast by revealing the invasive surgery she’s up for. “And then I found out there’s an operation where they can break your ribs and you’ll be in a cast for three months and it’ll be [your waist] like super, super tiny. I’d like to do that.”

Gino and the cast had similar reactions to Jasmine’s reception.
“You’re beautiful. Breaking ribs – that’s a lot,” Loren told Jasmine, while Gino said, “If there’s a big risk, that would worry me.”
But Jasmine continued, saying, “Yes, I want to reduce my waist by breaking ribs, and I want to get bigger implants for my butt, and since I’m going to be under anesthesia, I might want to get a little bigger on my breasts.”

“It’s too far,” Patrick Mendes said. “I mean, broken ribs?”
Gino agreed. “Yeah, too far, isn’t it?”
Then Emily Bierberly and Thaís Ramone stepped in, telling Jasmine that she doesn’t need surgery to look beautiful.
“You look like a princess,” Thaís said, while Emily added: “You’re beautiful. You don’t need to break your ribs.”

Jasmine admitted that watching Loren’s segment – when she expressed the insecurities that led her to undergo “mommy makeover” surgery, which included a tummy tuck and liposuction – resonated with her and it reminded her of the surgeries she wants.
“But when I watched your segment, I felt so identified because the moment I look in the mirror, I immediately start looking, okay, these are the things I have to fix, I hate this,” Jasmine added.
