Aahana Kumra was born in Lucknow on Wednesday, May 1, 1985 (35 years old in 2020). Her star sign is Taurus. She graduated from La Martiniere College for Girls in Lucknow and Mary Immaculate Girls High School in Mumbai. Aahana developed an interest in acting from a very young age and soon after completing her schooling, Aahana joined Prithvi Theatre in Mumbai. She then joined HR College of Commerce in Mumbai to pursue a degree in Commerce and Economics. She even obtained a diploma in Professional Advertising. After this, she pursued an acting course at Whistling Woods International Academy in Mumbai.

Profession
Aahana Kumra started her career as a professional theatre artist. She started out doing theatre work with Akvarious Productions and later acted in Naseeruddin Shah’s theatre company ‘Motley’. She acted in several plays like ‘By George’, ‘Sona Spa’ and ‘Arms and the Man’. She then acted in advertisements for brands like ‘Garnier’, ‘Red Label Tea’, ‘SBI Life Insurance’ and ‘Revlon’.
Aahana started her acting career in 2009 with the role of ‘Tisha’ in the short film Mai. She then played a supporting role in the television series Yudh. She has acted in many feature films including Blueberry Hunt, The Accidental Prime Minister and Lipstick Under My Burkha.

Aahana made her debut in the digital media space with the YouTube web series Official Chukyagiri.
