Aaron Rodgers' Brother Jordan and His Wife Look Unfazed on Doughnut Run After NFL Star Said He's 'Losing' Family

Jordan Rodgers seemed unfazed by his brother Aaron’s admission that he was “losing” relationships with friends and family.

Jordan, 36, and his wife JoJo Fletcher enjoyed a “doughnut morning run” on Thursday, December 5 – just two days after the trailer for Aaron’s upcoming Netflix documentaries was released, Aaron Rodgers: Enigma, where the NFL star spoke about the “heartbreaking” demise of his personal relationships.

The couple — who met on ABC’s popular reality dating competition in 2016 — didn’t seem fazed by comments from Aaron, 41, as they posted a video of the donut run on Instagram.

“We got cookies this morning because we haven’t had them in 15 years,” JoJo, 34, said in an Instagram Story.

“And a maple bar and an apple scone and a few other things,” Jordan interjected as the couple walked hand in hand out of the donut shop.

The couple’s sweet morning stroll comes just after fans dissected the trailer for Aaron’s upcoming documentary, which will look into the fullback’s controversial opinions.

In the trailer, Aaron says, “Losing friendship, family. It was heartbreaking,” as the scene begins with him lying in a sound bath. “I live between the two worlds of being an extrovert and an introverted lover of silence,” Rodgers says in the trailer.

Aaron’s family feud first came to light when Jordan appeared on JoJo Fletcher’s season Bachelor in 2016.

Jordan — who eventually married Fletcher in 2022 — revealed while competing on the reality dating series that Aaron had distanced himself from the family, telling PEOPLE at the time that he wanted to “be honest” with Fletcher “every step of the way” during the show.

Jordan didn’t offer any insight into what led to the rift between the brothers and Aaron’s estrangement from the family, but a source close to the NFL star previously told PEOPLE that it stemmed from a lifelong sibling rivalry. “[They] they have always been competing and always trying to outdo each other,” the source revealed. “It’s been like that since they were children. They got older and the stakes got higher.”

The upcoming three-part documentary series, Aaron Rodgers: Enigma, arrives on Netflix on December 17th.
