Aarushi Narwani was born in 2000 in Jaipur, Rajasthan (23 years old; as of 2023). She studied at Maharani Gayatri Devi School for Girls in Jaipur. She remained a bright student throughout her life. She secured 10 CGPA in 10th standard and 96.4% in 12th standard. Her favorite subject is biology and she has decided to become a doctor and is studying for 12th standard. She secured 104th all-India rank in NEET 2017 and pursued MBBS from Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi.

NEET PG 2023 Preparation
She started preparing for the NEET 2023 exam in 2020 during the Covid-19 lockdown. She studied at Delhi Academy of Medical Sciences (DAMS) and Cerebellar Institute. She said learning was easy for her at first and then went smoothly. However, when she moved to Delhi, her studies became intense as she was also interning at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College in Safdarjung and had to work sometimes 12 hours and sometimes 24 hours.

In a media interview, she said that she had only learned from books and notes given to her by teachers in the past. She also regularly studies and takes practice exams and compares her rankings to those of top players.

- She published a medical research paper titled “Assessment of Anatomic Variations in Paranasal Sinuses by Computed Tomography: A Retrospective Analysis with Mothers.”
- While she was studying in XII Science B at Maharani Gayatri Devi School for Girls, she was selected for the third phase of Biology Olympiad (INBO) held in the first week of June 2017 at Homi Bhabha Scientific Research Centre, Mumbai.
