The actress continued to turn heads with her stunning style during the awards show in London
Gillian Anderson doesn’t miss a beat!
On Sunday, Sexual education star, 55, stepped out in a skin-tight green dress with cutouts at the Royal Festival Hall in London for the 2024 EE BAFTA Film Awards. Her ankle-length dress showed off her curves and plenty of skin on her hips and back – but she kept it modest, she didn’t walk the red carpet and kept everything to herself until she entered the show.
Her make-up was simple and bright, and she tied her hair back from her face to emphasize the cleavage of the dress. She wore matching emerald jewelry to complete the all-green look.
Anderson took the stage at the awards to present the supporting actor trophy — handing the BAFTA to Robert Downey Jr. for his role in Oppenheimer.

Anderson is known to garner attention — and make headlines — for her red carpet fashion choices. In early January, she appeared at the 2024 Golden Globes in a strapless ivory custom-made Gabriela Hearst gown that she explained featured embroidered vaginas.
“[I wore it] for many reasons,” said the actress Deadline design of the female anatomy, adding, “it’s appropriate for the brand.”
Later at the event, she told PEOPLE the dress was floral-inspired, saying she loved how it was “covered in peonies!”
According to the label, each motif on the dress took 3.5 hours to embroider.

The bespoke dress was paired with Chopard jewellery, including a necklace, bracelet and earrings, all in 18k gold.
She drew attention to the dress, with simple, clean pink make-up and wavy hair with a bit of volume at the roots – where she let her gray locks spring out.
Anderson has said in the past that it’s about feeling good in clothes. In 2021, she did an Instagram Live Q&A with fans and openly shared her hatred of bras!
“I don’t wear a bra anymore. I don’t wear a bra. I can’t wear a bra. I can’t, no. I can’t,” Crown the star said when asked about her outfit during the COVID pandemic. “I’m sorry, but I don’t care if I get to my belly button, my breasts go up to my belly button. I don’t wear a bra anymore. It’s just too fucking uncomfortable.”
The 2024 BAFTA Awards takes place at the Royal Festival Hall in London and is broadcast on BritBox in the US
