ABBA star Bjorn Ulvaeus married for the third time at the age of 79.
The Swedish superstar married his two-year-younger partner, 51-year-old Christina Sas.

Bjorn and Christina held the ceremony in her native Denmark in the capital Copenhagen surrounded by family and friends.
Christina ditched the usual white wedding tradition and instead opted for a glamorous khaki green dress as she clutched a stunning bouquet of blue and white flowers.
Bjorn took to Instagram to reveal he’s married once again as he shared snaps from the big day.
The musician wrote: “Today, September 21, 2024, Björn Ulvaeus married Christina Sas from Herning, Denmark.
“They met in Nuremberg in 2021 in connection with the release of ABBA’s latest album Voyage and began their relationship in the spring of 2022.
“The wedding took place in Copenhagen in the presence of close friends and family.”
In a surprise move, TV presenter and The Great British Bake Off star Sandi Toksvig hosted the ceremony after befriending Bjorn while working on Mamma Mia: The Party 2018.
Sandi was seen beaming as she carried out her duties for the big day while wearing red priestly robes.
Bjorn met Christina while working for Universal Music Group, Abba’s record label, during a meeting in Germany in 2021 ahead of the launch of Abba Voyage.
In February 2022, Bjorn confirmed that his 41-year marriage to acclaimed music journalist Lena Kallersjo, 75, had ended.

The couple, who have daughters Emma, 42, and Anna, 38, shared a joint statement at the time to confirm the split, as well as revealing that they would split their £100m joint fortune.
Four months later, Bjorn and Christina went public with Bjorn revealing they had been dating “for a while”.
Speaking during their first public appearance as a couple, he said: “We’ve been dating for a while and I felt like I wanted to take her to this event.
– So this is the first time we are going out together.

Bjorn’s first wife was his ABBA colleague Agnetha Faltski.
They were married for eight years between 1971 and 1979.
The couple are parents to Linda, 49, and Peter, 44, and while they described their split at the time as a “happy divorce”, Agnetha admitted she needed counseling after the split.
A week after their breakup, Bjorn moved on with Lena before she became his second wife.
