    My father was a rickshaw puller. One day, he suffered a stroke and died. My mother had to do some sewing work to make ends meet. My brother and I also joined because all three of us had to work to provide for three meals a day. Obviously, I wasn’t able to get the protein-rich diet a weightlifter needs, but I kept training anyway. “
