Adam Brody weighs in Gilmore Girls a conversation with a boyfriend.
The actor, 44, earned a big hit when he took on the role of Dave Rygalski in season three Gilmore Girls. His brief performance as a sweet and lovable guitarist won the hearts of fans everywhere and made viewers swoon over the way he pursued his girlfriend Lana Kim (Keiko Agena).
While his time as Dave was short, Brody ended the debate over whether or not his character deserved the title of “best boyfriend” on the show.

“No, he wasn’t that long,” he said Nobody wants this the star said in an Instagram video he posted ELLE magazine. “We don’t know what he would be like in the long term.”
“He could have been a love bomber,” he added.
In season 3 episode 20 Gilmore GirlsDave won over fans when he told Mrs. Kim, Lane’s deeply religious, strict and controlling mother, that he stayed up all night to read the entire Bible to get Lane to prom.
While Mrs. Kim finally relented, Dave and Lana’s romance was short-lived as he left for college in California. After trying a long distance relationship, they ended up breaking up. She married and had children with her bandmate Zack Van Gerbig (Todd Lowe).

Gilmore Girls ran from 2000 to 2007 for seven seasons on the CW and starred Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel as Lorelai and Rory Gilmore, a close mother-daughter duo. The series followed their lives in the fictional town of Stars Hollow, Conn. Also starring Kelly Bishop, Edward Herrmann, Melissa McCarthy and Scott Patterson.

Despite Brody’s skepticism, Agena previously told E! News that she believed Lane’s mind still wandered to Dave from time to time.
“As rock ‘n roll as she said she was, I think she’d be pretty intemperate, but I think there’s some love sadness in that relationship,” she explained. “Maybe some daydreaming. I don’t know if she’d ever act anything, but friendship for sure.”
Nobody wants this and Gilmore Girls now streaming on Netflix.
