ADIL Ray has been attacked by furious Good Morning Britain viewers who suggested he was “fat embarrassed” by darts sensation Luke Littler.
It came after the 17-year-old star beat Nathan Aspinall in the World Darts Championship on Wednesday.

Luke beat his rival at London’s Ally Pally 5-2, and is still in the running for a whopping £500,000 in prize money – having already scooped the £100,000 runners-up prize.
However, despite his huge success progressing to the semi-final stage, where he will face fellow fan Stephen Bunting, Adil expressed his “concerns” about the BBC Young Sports Person of the Year.
Shortly after the end of the first hour of Good Morning Britain, Citizen Khan star Adil said: “I have to say this might not be very popular, I’m a bit worried about Luke.
“He’s 17 years old and looks like a darts player.”
He continued about the sports sensation – who has admitted to a love of kebabs and Swizzels Squashies sweets: “Still. If I were his mum and dad, I mean, he’s kind of – look at him.
“He admitted to eating pizza before the game and sitting there playing games on the computer. I just think I’m a little worried.”
Kate, who is a mother-of-two herself, said many teenagers like pizza before saying Adil should “eat a carrot”, as the pair laughed.
He continued: “Just before the final, ‘I brought you a nice little salad from Preto’.”
Adil added: “I know, but he will be more successful and I’m just worried.”
Wrapping up the debate, Adil then praised Luke’s talent and said: “He’s brilliant though, I absolutely love him, he’s brilliant.”

However, following his remarks, fans were quick to take to Xu to express their disgust with his expression.
One threatened to call broadcasting watchdog Ofcom, writing: “Really fat shame live on morning TV @Ofcom should investigate this shocking behaviour.”
Another said: “Wow @adilray body shaming Luke Littler on live TV needs a call to @Ofcom @GMB. He’s not even that fat. Bet Adil hasn’t even seen the inside of the gym.”
A third raged at Adil’s words: “All I know is that it was creepy, unnecessary and he should know better. He definitely wouldn’t be making those comments if Luke was female.”

“This program has in the past contained disapproving items about body shaming.
“Leave the young man alone. Would you say that about a woman? I think an apology is in order.”
Another surmised: “Please leave that Adil Ray! I hope he makes a public apology to Luke Littler after making derogatory comments about him.”
SunSport contacted Luke Littler’s team but they declined to comment.
Luke will go oche again tonight.
However, he revealed that he doesn’t work out on his days off, preferring to play on his Nintendo Switch.
Meanwhile, critical Adil was also in the spotlight on GMB on Thursday as he quizzed Kate about speculation that she will star in the upcoming series of The Masked Singer.
