Adriano Zumbo started his career selling homemade pies, cookies, brownies and banana bread to local coffee shops in Sydney. He later switched to selling produce at farmers’ markets, and in 2007 he built his first patisserie in Balmain. Zumbo operates 10 pastry shops in Sydney and Melbourne as of 2017.
