If a person rapes, then in my opinion, not only he should be punished, but his parents should also be punished for at least a year or two. Likewise, the parents of a murderer should be jailed for two to three years along with the offender. Parents hope that their children can become citizens with good character, culture, and responsibility. If a child does something good, the credit goes to the parents.
