Never-before-seen footage of Alec Baldwin on set rusttaken days before the fatal shooting of cameraman Halyna Hutchins, has been released.
In the video, obtained by NBC News and shared Thursday, the 65-year-old actor can be seen wielding and firing a gun while shooting scenes.
At one point, Baldwin is shown lying on the ground and telling someone behind the camera, “Wait a minute, I’m going to shoot right — do you want to go on the other side of the camera? I I don’t want to shoot at you.”
“I don’t know why you’re going to the hills and all this stuff — you’re going to break your fucking neck,” the actor says in the second part of the clip, once again speaking off-camera individually.
Baldwin’s attorney did not immediately comment when contacted by PEOPLE on Thursday.

Baldwin, star and producer rustwas filming a western in New Mexico in October 2021 when the gun he was holding went off, killing Hutchins, 42, and injuring director Joel Souza.
The actor said he did not know the gun had mistakenly contained a live bullet and said he did not pull the trigger.
After a lengthy investigation, prosecutors accused Baldwin of “extremely reckless acts” when they indicted him and the film’s gunsmith Hannah Gutierrez-Reed on January 31, 2023. Gutierrez-Reed, who has pleaded not guilty, is scheduled to go on trial in February.
Special prosecutors in New Mexico announced last month that they intend to present their case to a Santa Fe grand jury against Baldwin, who they believe is responsible for fatally shooting Hutchins and injuring Souza, 50, on the set.
The case will be presented by mid-January, according to the press release, which reads: “A grand jury will determine whether there is probable cause to connect Baldwin with criminal charges.”

If convicted, the Emmy-winning actor could face up to 18 months in prison.
“After an extensive investigation over the past several months, additional facts have come to light that we believe show that Mr. Baldwin is criminally responsible for the death of Halyne Hutchins and the killing of Joel Souza,” said Special Prosecutors Kari Morrissey and Jason Lewis.
“We believe the appropriate course of action is to allow the council of citizens of New Mexico to decide from here whether Mr. Baldwin should be held for criminal trial.”
Baldwin’s attorneys Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro of Quinn Emanuel told PEOPLE in October, “It is unfortunate that a terrible tragedy has turned into this misguided prosecution. We will answer all allegations in court.”
Morrissey and Lewis dismissed the manslaughter charge against Baldwin in April, citing “new facts” in the case. But they said at the time they reserved the right to charge him again.
