Alec Baldwin Stars in Real Estate Video for Hamptons Mansion as He Relists It with Major Price Cut: WATCH

Alec Baldwin has re-listed his stylish Hamptons home for the fourth time – with a personal marketing stamp.

Recently listed for $22.5 million until Baldwin, 65, took the house off the market last September, the modern farmhouse-style mansion is now available for $18.995 million as of Tuesday, according to the listing held by Scott Bradley of Saunders & Associates.

To draw more attention to the listing, Baldwin took a somewhat unconventional approach and recorded a video of himself walking around the property and talking about his favorite parts of the 10,000-square-foot beach house.

In the 2-minute clip, Baldwin takes a walk down memory lane, giving a little background on the property — located in East Hampton’s Amagansett neighborhood — and his personal history with the area.

As he walks along the beach, the actor says he’s had a home on Long Island since his 20s, noting that “when you’re young, this place is the best.” It even gives insight into where he rented and bought homes in the area before settling on the Amagansett property in the mid-1990s.

The 30 Rock The alum also revealed some of the changes he and his wife Hilaria Baldwin have made to the house over the decades, including additions on the east and west sides, in 1996 and 2014, respectively.

“I fell in love with this place as soon as I got here,” Baldwin says of the 10-acre lot, adding that “you can’t get this here anymore, you can’t buy big chunks of land.”

The actor, dressed in a puffer coat, also notes that he’s “always the happiest when I come here, especially this time of year.”

“I love it in the winter because it’s so peaceful and so beautiful,” he added.

Baldwin first put the property on the market in November 2022, listing it for $29 million. About three months later, in January 2023, he relisted it with a $4 million price cut.

After another multimillion-dollar cut, he listed it for $22.5 million in March 2023, before delisting a few months later in September 2023.

In addition to the expansions he and Hilaria, 40, have carried out, the property also has plans to expand on the original house, as well as a “rare” approval to build a second 10,000-square-foot property on the property — “unheard of in the Hamptons” today, according to the listing .

Originally built in 1740, the existing seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home has 1,276 square feet of covered porches and two balconies overlooking five acres of agricultural preserve.

The East Hampton home also boasts a pool, spa, fenced vegetable garden and an outdoor living room with a stone fireplace.
