Alex Cooper Celebrates Bachelorette During Skip Trip with Friends: ‘No Such Thing as One Last Hoorah’

Alex Cooper took her bachelorette party to the ski slopes!

The Call her dad The podcast host, 29, celebrated her upcoming nuptials to fiancé Matt Kaplan with a fun trip to the snowy locale with friends.

Cooper shared the most interesting moments from the winter break in a series of posts on Instagram. She started with a couple of photos of herself splashing a bottle of champagne — emblazoned with a picture of her husband-to-be — while soaking in a hot tub. While enjoying the bubbly, she wore a wedding white bikini and comfy white ear muffs.

“Oh what a weather 🤍,” she captioned the photos.

Another post featured a carousel of photos showing Cooper and her friends hanging out while eating and drinking. In one video, three women posed in white dressing gowns while holding paper cutouts of Kaplan’s head over their faces.

“Life is good 🥹,” Cooper wrote.

In the third carousel, Cooper shared photos of the group’s ski trip, including shots of them posing together in a chairlift and on top of a mountain before a run.

“There is no such thing as a last hurray. May it last until I turn 80, BUT once again as Miss, not Mrs. 🥳💍💍💍. WHO’S GETTING MARRIED THIS YEAR 👀”, she wrote in the post.

Cooper’s bachelorette trip comes after she and Kaplan – who got engaged in April 2023 – threw a touching “pre-wedding celebration” for his 100-year-old grandmother, who is unable to travel to the actual wedding.

“Practicing for the big day🥺❤️,” Cooper captioned alongside a series of photos from the little night out, including one in which she wears a simple white strapless dress and carries a bouquet of flowers.

“We had a little pre-wedding celebration with Matt’s 100-year-old grandma last night. She unfortunately won’t be able to travel to our wedding so we wanted to make her feel special and a part of it all ❤️,” she continued, adding, “Love you grandma.”

During an August 2023 episode of her popular podcast, Cooper updated her listeners on her wedding planning, saying that she and Kaplan were considering Hawaii for their wedding. However, she insisted that she wanted the designated location for their event to be private and intimate.

“I don’t need Uncle Marty on his retirement trip in the background belly diving holding a fucking piña colada in my video,” she explained, referring to Hawaii’s public beaches.

“Matt and I are kissing and there’s this guy, paunchy, nice little frosted tops, having a midlife crisis in the ocean,” she continued jokingly. “That’s just not what I want.”

She said her top priority is to be fully “present” when she and the CEO of ACE Entertainment say “I do.”

“It’s so important to me that Matt and I actually have this day to ourselves,” she noted in the episode. “I’d rather every f*cking person at our wedding have the f*cking worst time and Matt and I f*cking thrive.”
