Alizeh Shah made her television debut at the age of 6. She acted in a television commercial with Wasim Akram. In 2017, Alizeh Shah made her acting debut in the Pakistani TV series Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya. Later, she played a supporting role in the TV series Choti Si Zindagi.
Alizeh Shah made her debut in the lead role in the TV series Hoor Pari which was aired on A-Plus Entertainment in 2018. Her role as Gul Naz was loved by the audience. Later, she acted in many blockbuster TV series like Daldal, Tere Naal Luv Hogaya, Dil Mom Ka Diya, Bisaat e Dil, Jo Tu Chahey, etc.
