Fortunately for lunar moon lovers, another extraterrestrial event is happening this month, thanks to the New Moon peaking at 6:39 PM local time on September 14, 2023.

With each full moon there is a corresponding new moon — a phase that marks the beginning of each lunar cycle. New moons often occur once a month since the moon typically takes about 29.5 days to orbit the Earth, according to Old agricultural almanac.

Unlike full moons – which can often be breathtaking sights, especially when supermoons occur – new moons blend into the dark night sky.

This is because the moon is in a phase that is not illuminated by the Sun. However, despite their darkened appearance, new moons have just as much astronomical significance in the cosmic world.

However, in contrast, Thomas says to “apply now” if you “want to find a better job.” With an emphasis on employment, he says to “seize” the opportunity to “improve your physical health.”

Romance is in the air, Taurus. Thomas says this new moon “will be like a flame of desire and love” whether you’re in a relationship or not. “If you’re single, be sure to put yourself out there,” he says. “If you’re committed, use this time to reignite the spark.”

In addition to love, this moon phase can also affect other areas of your life. “If you’re looking to pursue creative endeavors, hobbies or fertility issues,” says Thomas, “the stars have aligned.”

Gemini (May 21 – June 20)

Home is where the heart is, Gemini. Thomas says this new moon will “encourage you to focus on domestic, domestic or family matters.” Therefore, they should focus on improving their living space.

Some of Thomas’ suggestions include “cleaning, renovating or remodeling.” Furthermore, if you’re thinking about moving or getting involved in real estate, he says “use the time now.”

Cancer (June 21 – July 22)

Thomas says this New Moon will “activate your mental faculties,” making you feel eager to get your vision, plans, and ideas out to the world.” As a result, he says, “you can now start working on important writing, speaking, branding, or project related to communication.”

Money on your mind, Leo? Thomas predicts that “even more could come suddenly” thanks to September’s new moon that “highlights your finances.” As a result, he says, “you might hear about a new job offer, a side hustle, or a raise to increase your income.”
