hooray! Starbucks has a limited time offer!
On Thursday, October 26, the coffee chain is offering Starbucks Rewards members the chance to get half off any drink.
Yay Day will last from 12pm to 6pm local time. Rewards members will be able to access the offer after logging into the Starbucks app and redeeming the Yay Day coupon.
The coupon can be redeemed via mobile ordering or when customers order at participating US-operated and licensed stores. The Yay Day offer is not available through Starbucks Delivers on Uber Eats or DoorDash.
The day of the offer also falls on National Pumpkin Day, so customers who love fall and want to celebrate the day can take advantage of the offer for a half-off Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew or the newest fall-flavored drink, the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte.

After 20 years of offering the fall favorite PSL, which is made with real pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice, Starbucks has set out to develop a new drink inspired by consumers’ custom creations.
This resulted in the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte, which combines chai with cold pumpkin foam and pumpkin spice.

Starbucks is changing the type of ice it uses in its drinks
Along with the latest adaptation of the PSL, Starbucks also introduced a new Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso — which is a blend of blue espresso, apple, cinnamon and brown sugar shaken together and topped with oat milk.
While Starbucks Rewards members won’t be able to apply the Yay Day coupon to food, they could pair their handcrafted drinks with seasonal food, which includes a baked apple croissant, pumpkin cream muffin and owl cake.

Customers who order ice drinks can notice a difference in the drink. In May, the coffee giant announced its plan to begin replacing the ice used in its signature drinks as part of a multi-year rollout that begins this year. The company prioritizes stores that have a high volume of cold drink orders, so many stores will not implement the change this year.
“As we continue to innovate and invest in the Starbucks Experience for our partners (baristas) and customers, this year we are introducing new cube ice machines to select stores,” a spokesperson said in a statement to PEOPLE. “Customers who have tried nugget ice in our handcrafted ice drinks during testing have had an overwhelmingly positive response.”
