After studying fashion design in Italy, she founded her own fashion brand “By Amanda Dudamel”. She is the owner and executive director of By Amanda Dudamel. She co-founded the clothing brand “Reborn.” On November 18, 2021, she held her first fashion show for her brand “Reborn”. She is also the Director of the social impact project “Emprendiendo e Impactando”. She is also the creative director of accessories brand Made in Petare, which supports the Un Par Por Un Sueño foundation. The development and sale of “Made in Petare” products helps the foundation help people living in Petare, Venezuela’s largest slum. The foundation provides food to more than 1,000 children in different soup kitchens in Petare, helping women participate in the process and training them for job opportunities so that they are financially stable and able to support their families. The foundation team conducts recreational activities with the children.

On October 28, 2021, Amanda Dudamel was crowned Miss Venezuela. Ana Griselda Vegas became Miss Venezuela in 1961 and Stefania Fernandez became Miss Venezuela in 2008. She was the third person from the state of Merida to win the title of Miss Venezuela.

After becoming Miss Venezuela 2021, in June 2022 she launched a social project called “Dale play al éxito” (Drama Success), a training project where she works with the people of Miranda Petare, Venezuela, in agriculture Department work. In an interview, she talked about her project and said:
My goal is always that my contributions are tangible, promote activity and lead to action. This is how “Dale play al éxito” was born, a training program where we work for 6 weeks with a group of talented men and women from Petare, La Agricultura department. ”
She has a digital platform called Voice Across The Universe where she interviews people from Argentina, Brazil, India, South Korea, Curacao, Colombia, Spain, Ghana, Panama, Kosovo, Mexico, Honduras and more of the many Miss Universe candidates. There is more.

On January 15, 2022, she won the runner-up in the 71st Miss Universe beauty pageant held in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. Miss USA R’Bonney Gabriel was crowned Miss Universe 2022, while Miss Dominican Republic Andreina Martinez finished second in the event.
