Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes Go ‘Instagram Official’ — and Announce a Podcast!

Amy Robach and TJ Holmes are no longer hiding their romance.

In a new Instagram post they shared together on Wednesday, the two exes GMA3: What you need to know the hosts grinned from ear to ear as they held each other close. Holmes’ arm was wrapped tightly around Robach, who put his hand on his shoulder.

“How’s this for official instagram? #silentnomore 🎤,” the caption began.

Robach, 50, and Holmes, 46, then announced they were teaming up for a brand new podcast. “‘Amy & TJ’ December 5th,” they continued. “Listen on the iHeartRadio app and podcasts are heard everywhere. @amyandtjpodcast.”

A press release from iHeartMedia, obtained by PEOPLE, indicated that the couple will host and executive produce the new project. In addition, the company stated that Robach and Holmes “will also collaborate on a full slate of upcoming programs for iHeartPodcasts.”

“Hosts and executive producers Robach and Holmes are a formidable broadcast team with decades of experience delivering headline news and captivating viewers across the country. Now the duo will sit behind the microphone to explore meaningful conversations about current events, pop culture and everything in between,” the release continued . “Nothing is off limits.”

The publication concluded: “‘Amy & TJ’ is guaranteed to be informative, entertaining and above all authentic; it will mark the first time Robach and Holmes have spoken publicly since their own names became part of the title.”

News of Robach and Holmes’ upcoming venture comes months after PEOPLE confirmed in January that they would not be returning to their roles at ABC News and GMA3. The duo first made headlines in November 2022 after photos surfaced of them holding hands, something that happened because Robach and Holmes were apparently still married to Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig.

Robach and Homes have since separated from their respective spouses, and the source notes that they only started dating after they both ended their marriages.

“It was about two adults who were separated by consent. They both broke up with their spouses in August within a few weeks of each other,” the insider explained. – The relationship started only after that.

Robach and Holmes started going out together more often shortly after, and the couple’s PDA was reported both at home and abroad. However, a source told PEOPLE in June that they are “trying to lay low” amid the fallout from their romance. “They didn’t seem to bother with it for a while, but now they’re making a concerted effort,” the source said.

The biggest display of love leading up to Wednesday’s joint announcement was Holmes’ Instagram post from late October, with back-to-back PDA photos of the pair attending a football game at Holmes’ alma mater, the University of Arkansas.
