This story begins in 1993. Malena, Klepetan’s partner, was killed by a hunter. But luckily, she was saved by a kind man named Stepjan Vokin.
They have been together for 20 years. Klepetan visits the stork every spring and spends the winter in South Africa.
His soulmate lives in the caretaker’s home in the winter. The man even built a stork nest on the roof. Their love will last forever because every year they give birth to chicks.
