Many have speculated that Santino, known for his role in the hilarious comedy series I’m Dying Up Here, is gay. The comedian told Rogan on his show The Joe Rogan Experience that his favorite online myth about himself is that he is gay. Speculation began after Santino posted a joke photo of himself and friend Chris D’Elia on Twitter with the comment “getting married soon.” Since then, both Santino and D’Elia have mocked the situation by toying with the premise.
