Andy Cohen and his children make new friends without flying!
On Friday, November 29, Watch what’s happening live host, 56, posted a series of Instagram stories after Thanksgiving while he and his two children โ son Ben, 5, and daughter Lucy, 2 โ visited the St. Louis Zoo. Louis and hung out with a few penguins.
Cohen initially shared just two photos: one of himself and his daughter smiling on his lap as he comes face-to-face with a penguin, and another of a waterfowl waddling around and looking into his phone camera while his mother, Evelyn, stands next to him Cohen.
“We had the best time,” he captioned one of the images, before calling the experience “completely immersive” alongside another.

In the following video, shot from the front seat of his car while his children provided commentary from the back, Cohen and his little ones went into further detail about the Arctic encounter.
“I loved it when the penguins pooped,” one of Cohen’s kids could be heard saying as Cohen filmed himself in the front seat of the car, responding with “You liked it when the penguins pooped?”
After the toddler confirmed “Uh yeah,” Cohen asked follow-up questions, including “What was funny about seeing penguins poop?” and “Weren’t you surprised that the penguin’s poop was white?”

In addition to the trip to the zoo, Cohen also shared a video from his Thanksgiving spent with family in Clayton, Missouri the day before. “The Cohens randomly showed up on Thanksgiving all in pinstripes,” he captioned the photo.
Cohen also kept fans in the theater at his other family celebrations, including Halloween, when he shared a sweet snap on his Instagram of his son Ben and daughter Lucy as the family of three celebrated the spooky holiday together.
Walking hand-in-hand across the intersection, Ben could be seen wearing a fire engine costume and Dalmatian hat and posing next to his dad who chose a baseball-inspired costume. On the other side of Cohen, Lucy wore a fairy unicorn costume, complete with a pink and purple tutu and white wings.
In another photo, both children could be seen joking around the New York neighborhood. “๐ Halloween 2024 ๐,” Cohen captioned the post.

As a guest on David Duchovny’s podcast Fail Better in September, Cohen revealed that while he didn’t often feel self-doubt before, becoming a father to his two children gave him “a whole world of worries.”
โI’ve told you before that I’m not someone who has a lot of self-doubt,โ he told Duchovny, โBut, I mean, this will do that to you โ being a parent. You start questioning everything, especially when you’re a single parent.”
Cohen went on to list the questions that “keep him up at night,” saying, “What kind of world am I taking my child into, you know, what’s going to happen to us? What’s going to happen if something happens to me? Are you going to be okay ?”
“I mean, there’s a whole world of worries that I’ve never had,” he added.
