Anjali Gaikwad started her career by participating in the singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs 2017, where she shared the championship trophy with co-winner Shreyan Bhattacharya; the show earned her immense popularity. Anjali has performed in various stage shows alongside many Bollywood stars. In 2020, she auditioned for the 12th season of the singing reality show Indian Idol from Sony Entertainment, where she mesmerized the judges Neha Kakkar, Vishal Dadlani and Himesh Reshammiya with her beautiful voice and was selected for the show.
