Anmol Bishnoi was born in 1999 (age 24; as of 2023) in Duttaranwali village (also spelled Dotaranwali and Dutaravali) in Abohar tehsil, Firozpur district, Punjab, India. After studying at the Sachkhand Convent School in Abhar, he was admitted to a college in Mount Abu, Rajasthan; however, he quit and joined his brother’s Bishnoi gang soon after.

After Lawrence Bishnoi and his associates were reportedly arrested near the India-Pakistan border on March 5, 2015, Anmol allegedly set up a gang consisting of people from Abohar, Punjab. Anmol was lodged in a Rajasthan jail in July 2020 for his alleged involvement in a case in which a mobile phone dealer in Muktsar received a ransom call. 10 Lakhs on July 4, 2020. On May 29, 2022, Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead by unidentified assailants while driving a Thar in Jawaharke Village in Mansa district of Punjab. Unidentified assailants fired 30 rounds into his car; two of Sidhu’s personal bodyguards were also injured in the shooting. Sidhu Muswala was rushed to Mansa Civil Hospital where doctors declared him brought dead. Anmol Bishnoi used a fake passport to flee from India to Kenya via Nepal and Canada a month before Moose Wala was murdered on May 29, according to police officials. Interpol issued a red corner warrant for his arrest. On the other hand, Sachin Tappan (aka Sachin Bishnoi) fled from India to Azerbaijan along with Anmol. Anmol and Sachin reportedly fled India under the aliases of Bhanu Pratap and Tilak Raj respectively.

- Anmol belongs to a wealthy family and owns a commercial land and three houses in Abohar; however, the properties remain vacant and unattended as there is no one to take care of them. According to sources, his ancestors owned hundreds of acres of land in Duttaranvalli village. Furthermore, his parents owned large tracts of land in Abohar, Jodhpur and Bikaner, totaling over a hundred acres, but rented out these lands as they were unable to cultivate the land themselves.

- In April 2023, Anmol appeared at an event (reception) in the United States and was spotted with Punjabi singers Karan Aujla and Sharry Mann.
