Anmol Kwatra is an Indian social worker and actor. He is the founder of the NGO Ek Zaria, an initiative started by the “We do not accept money or goods” initiative. In 2020, he played the role of Shitran in the Punjabi film “Ik Sandhu Hunda Si”.

Anmol Kwatra started working as a social worker while in college and founded the NGO We Don’t Accept Money or Goods, later renamed Ek Zaria. Anmol provides medical assistance, food and other medical facilities to poor street children through his NGO. He mainly takes cases of children under the age of 13, but he also helps many other people in need.
Unlike other NGOs, Anmol’s NGO does not accept any money or items from donors but helps connect donors with people in need. He also frequently visited government schools in Punjab and distributed books, stationery and school uniforms to poor children. Although he works alone, his NGO has approximately 20,000 to 25,000 registered members (as of 2023).
In 2019, he released his Punjabi song Daleriyan on Punjabi channel 9X Tashan. The song was well received by the audience.
A year later, he played Shitran in the Punjabi film “Ik Sandhu Hunda Si” starring Gippy Grewal.
He also owns the YouTube channel Anmol Kwatra, which was created on September 8, 2017. Anmol shares inspirational and real life stories on his channel. The channel has 743,000 subscribers. In 2023, he founded the podcast “AK Talk Show” on YouTube, where he conducts interesting discussions on hot topics with the most knowledgeable people from different fields.

- In May 2019, when Kwatra’s father was contesting the Ludhiana municipal assembly elections on a Lok Insaaf Party (LIP) ticket, two Congress workers allegedly assaulted him and his father during the voting. After Kwatra shared the incident on social media, many of his supporters gathered at Shivpuri Chowk and blocked the national highway, demanding action against the Congress workers. Congressional staff were subsequently arrested by the police.
