Anna Delvey is getting suspicious.
The convicted fraudster was spotted heading to her weekly immigration meeting in New York on Thursday. Delvey, whose real name is Anna Sorokin, has been serving house arrest since October 2022 in an ongoing immigration case.
The 32-year-old appeared at the federal agency in a green pleated seafoam maxi skirt with black strappy heels and a pair of large metal-framed sunglasses that matched her large black leather clutch. Delvey finished off her look with the boldest piece of the ensemble, a black T-shirt with the words “I H8 Anna Delvey” in white font on a red background.

Delvey is known for her efforts to pass herself off as a wealthy German heiress in order to infiltrate the inner circle of the city’s biggest socialites.
From the time she moved to New York in 2013 until 2017, the Russian-born con artist used a fake persona to run up invalid credit cards and issue fake bank statements, hopped from hotel to hotel and stole an estimated $275,000. During those years, she also created the idea of the Anna Delvey Foundation, a private club and arts foundation, to attract wealthy donors and enhance her brand.

Delvey is under house arrest after being found guilty and sentenced to attempted grand larceny in the first degree, felony theft in the second degree, felony theft in the third degree and theft of services in 2021. Her sentence included 4 to 12 years in prison — which was terminated when was released in February 2021.
The following month, Delvey was detained by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for overstaying her visa. From March 2021 to October 2022, she remained in ICE custody. Since her release, she has lived under house arrest in a fifth-floor East Village apartment — and still faces possible deportation to Germany, where her family now lives.

Ahead of her ICE meeting on October 5, Making up Anna subject teamed up with fashion PR legend Kelly Cutrone and brand SHAO during New York Fashion Week to host a fashion show from her East Village apartment.
Ahead of the 9/11 show, Cutrone, 57, and Delvey launched the OutLaw Agency and worked together to create an entire NYFW production centered around an “outlaw” theme.
On the night of the event, Delvey told PEOPLE, “Nothing felt like work.” She also credited her partner for her “non-stop” efforts.
While Cutrone may be “non-stop,” she admitted to PEOPLE that the event still had its hurdles, including getting around the fact that Delvey lives in a smaller apartment, which prompted them to turn to the rooftop. “It’s really small, so as a producer I went a little over the mark in the beginning and that pushed us over the top,” Cutrone explained.

Delvey’s venture to host live events in her East Village apartment came on the heels of an announcement in January Delvey’s Dinner Club. The planned unscripted reality series, to be produced in association with lifestyle media company Butternut, will follow Delvey as he hosts actors, musicians, founders, socialites, journalists and more for private invite-only dinners.
In June, Delvey launched her podcast Show Anna Delvey on Spotify, with guests like Whitney Cummings, Julia Fox, Jeremy Harris, Emily Ratajkowski and Kenny Schachter, all of whom came to her house to record the podcast.
