The convicted fraudster was spotted heading to her weekly immigration meeting in New York on Thursday. Delvey, whose real name is Anna Sorokin, has been serving house arrest since October 2022 in an ongoing immigration case.

The 32-year-old appeared at the federal agency in a green pleated seafoam maxi skirt with black strappy heels and a pair of large metal-framed sunglasses that matched her large black leather clutch. Ahead of her ICE meeting on October 5, Making up Anna subject teamed up with fashion PR legend Kelly Cutrone and brand SHAO during New York Fashion Week to host a fashion show from her East Village apartment.

Ahead of the 9/11 show, Cutrone, 57, and Delvey launched the OutLaw Agency and worked together to create an entire NYFW production centered around an “outlaw” theme.

On the night of the event, Delvey told PEOPLE, “Nothing felt like work.” She also credited her partner for her “non-stop” efforts.

While Cutrone may be “non-stop,” she admitted to PEOPLE that the event still had its hurdles, including getting around the fact that Delvey lives in a smaller apartment, which prompted them to turn to the rooftop. “It’s really small, so as a producer I went a little over the mark in the beginning and that pushed us over the top,” Cutrone explained.
