Anoop Krishnan is an Indian actor, film director and host who works primarily in the Malayalam film industry. He is known for his role as “Kalyan” in the Malayalam television series Seetha Kalyanam (2018).

Anoop Krishnan started his acting career in 2010 with the film Face on Facebook. Unfortunately, the film was shelved due to technical reasons. He then turned to hosting shows like Malabar Mahotsavam, DTPC Onam Festival and the National Games Closing Ceremony.

Anoop made his film debut in 2013 in the Malayalam film Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus, playing the role of a shopkeeper. He then acted in the film Praise the Lord (2014). In 2015, he played the role of “Raman Namboothiri” in the Sanskrit film Ishti. The film was screened at the IFFI Panorama in India in 2016 in Goa.

Some of his Malayalam films include Sarvopari Palakkaran (2017), Ammamarathanalil (2017), Contessa (2018), and Ajagajantharam (2021). He made his television debut in the TV series Seetha Kalyanam in 2018. He played the role of Kalyanam in the show and gained a lot of popularity.

Anoop made his mark as a director with the suspense thriller short film Deja Vu (2019). He has hosted more than 80 stage shows (as of 2021) in India and abroad.
