Ariana Madix is excited for a new chapter Vanderpump Rules.
The TV personality, 39, told PEOPLE that she is eager Vanderpump Rules fans to find out about the fate of the series. During TheWrap Power Women Summit on Tuesday, Dec. 3, at The Maybourne Hotel in Beverly Hills, Madix said she feels “great” now that the cast’s reboot has been confirmed.
On Tuesday, November 26, Bravo said Vanderpump Rules will return for Season 12 with an all-new cast joining SUR and TomTom owner Lisa Vanderpump. The announcement follows the Season 11 finale in May and a three-part reunion, which left fans wondering if there would even be a second season. As the months passed without an official announcement about the future of the series, the audience became more curious.
“I’m so glad people finally know what’s going on because every other day there’s been a new theory,” Madix said.
“It’s funny, though, because when the news comes out, new theories emerge about the news itself,” Madix added. “But I’m glad people and the public now know what’s going on.”

During Hollywood Reporter’s At the Women in Entertainment Gala on Wednesday, Dec. 4, Madix spoke with PEOPLE about fans’ passion for the show.
“That’s the best part Vanderpump Rules is that we’ve had the most passionate amazing fans who, from the first season on, just know everything,” she said.
“They follow everything they support, they watch, they tune in, they show up at BravoCon. We got to know them like that was the most amazing part of it all,” Madix noted, before reiterating that she’s “so glad she’s no longer wondering for them.”

Although the Bravo series brings fresh faces, Madix will continue to grace the small screens. Last summer, she was declared new Island of love USA the host, and it will be in the upcoming season as well. She previously told PEOPLE that while hosting last season, she was also rehearsing for her Broadway encore return.
In the spring she starred on Broadway as Roxie Hart in Chicago. Then, in May, PEOPLE exclusively reported that she will return to the Ambassador Theater in New York for another month of performances throughout August.

On Dec. 4, she explained to PEOPLE that her Broadway debut with her mom in the audience was the highlight of her year. She shed a tear when she saw her mother in the crowd. “It was the best,” she said.
Since she finished her August performances, she has talked about what it was like to fulfill a “lifelong dream”. At TheWrap’s Power Women Summit, she joined the panel “The Art of Adaptation: Books, Broadway, Blockbusters and Beyond” to further discuss her Broadway debut.
She admitted that “in the very beginning” she was more “concerned about getting it right and hitting everything and doing it the best way.” But as time went on, she realized she was “faking it” and wanted to “take good care” of Roxie.
