My journey as a musician started early. I started learning from my parents Madhusudan Harjai and Lakshmi Madhusudan when I was two and a half years old. I got good exposure from a young age as my mother was a well-known artist in the Delhi recording industry. I once went with her to one of her recording sessions, sitting quietly next to the sound engineer and observing the entire recording process. ad taught me ghazals of artists like Mehendi Hassan Sahab, Gulam Ali Sahab, Hussain Bux Sahab, Madhurani Faizabadiand etc. which was very helpful and greatly laid my foundation as a musician. ”
