TikTok creator and rapper Armani White has signed a deal with hip-hop label Def Jam Records. The singer became famous this summer with the song Billie Eilish, which he dedicated to the Grammy-winning artist. According to White, the song is mostly about Billie Eilish’s style and the music she makes. Def Jam Records has also worked with some of the most famous artists, including Jay-Z, Nas and Kanye West.

The 25-year-old musician from Philadelphia’s song, which has more than 80 million views on TikTok, gets the crowd nodding. Many of Eilish’s songs include iconic moments recreated by White. He claims that he is trying to convey the same emotions that Eilish conveys in her song. They described the similarity as follows:
“I mean, honestly, I believe the song is about Billie Eilish’s aesthetic, but also about the character that Billie Eilish’s music represents.” I feel like it’s similar to what I try to convey in my songs.”
While discussing his work with Def Jam Records, Armani White said he considers himself “lucky” to have people who believe in him. He stated:
“It’s a privilege to work with people who simply believe in me and understand the culture.” They understand who I am and who I’m trying to be, which I believe is very important.”
He continued, saying:
“And especially with a label as prominent as Def Jam.” I mean, Def Jam has obviously built some of the biggest names in hip-hop from the ground up.”
When Party’s Over is the rapper’s favorite Eilish album, and she approves of his song about her. Tom Brady of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers also shared his song. Brady shared the viral song on his Instagram story.
The Philadelphia rapper claims he will continue to make songs for other superstars. Diamond Dallas, one of his latest singles, was inspired by Diamond Dallas Page, a former professional wrestler who once wrestled in the WWE.

Armani White, a 25-year-old rapper from West Philadelphia, has been writing songs since he was eight years old. The musician described an early incident of domestic abuse between his parents as a turning point in his life. He claims that because his parents ignored his cries throughout the battle, telling them to stop, he now turns his anger into music. The singer-songwriter said that he was influenced by BOB’s mixtape BOB vs. Bobby Ray and a few songs by Kanye West.
Stick Up, his 2015 hit, gained him enough prominence to put him on the music business map. He was even named “Artist to Watch in 2015” by MTV Wrap Up. He later collaborated with Big Sean, GoldLink and Big KRIT to make new songs, but took a two-year hiatus when his father died. In 2017, he released a song called Casablanca and Public School. His father and the life he lived motivated him to attend public school. In 2018 and 2019, the singer released two singles. Most of his music can be heard on his YouTube channel, which has over 57 thousand subscribers.
