Profession

In May 2017, he started working as a research intern at an NGO called Chirag Foundation in Mumbai. After working there for about four months, he joined IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited, Mumbai as a project trainee. Nearly four months later, he started working as a cybersecurity intern at Lucideus, a private company in New Delhi. At the same time, he served as a staff writer for the Daily Californian. In 2019, he joined Accenture as a software engineer intern in Mumbai. Three months later, he was a reader in EE16A: Designing Information Devices and Systems (part-time) at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Engineering. From August 2019 to December 2019, Arth served as a project intern at Berkeley’s social welfare activity “Smart Village Movement.” He then worked at Cal Hacks, developing an application that could detect American Sign Language (ASL) gestures in a live video stream and translate them into English text in real time.
