Arundhati Garnaik was born on Wednesday, July 30, 1997, in Angul, Odisha (now Odisha) (age 26; as of 2023). Her zodiac sign is Leo. She attended Venkateswar English Medium School, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar and Loyola School, Bhubaneswar. Later, she continued her higher education at Ramadevi Women’s University, Bhubaneswar.
After completing her formal education, she joined M Zone Dance Studio in Bhubaneswar to learn dance. At the same time, she also received a period of training from the famous choreographer Mandakini Jena.

In 2014, Arundhati Garnaik participated as a contestant in the fourth season of the dance reality TV show Dance India Dance and successfully made it to the top six finals of the show. However, while participating in the show, she suffered a severe spinal cord injury and was forced to withdraw from the show.
