Ashesh L Sajnani, also known as Ashish Lachman Sajnani, was born on Thursday, October 19, 1978, in Mumbai (age 44; as of 2022). He completed his junior college in 1996 from RA Podar College, Mumbai. He then studied for a Diploma in Hotel Operations and Management, Hotel Administration/Management at the Hosta School of Hospitality and Tourism in Leysen, Switzerland.

Ashesh L Sajnani started his career in 1999 as General Manager of Chembur Hotel Jewel, Mumbai. In August 2000, he became the Director of the company “Bholenath Developers Limited”. In 2005, he became the Director of Opa Hospitality Private Limited, Mumbai. In 2010, he joined Royal Western (India) Hotels Private Limited. Ltd., Mumbai as a partner and worked there for over two years. In June 2013, he became the director of Mitha Estates Pvt Ltd. In November of the same year, he was also appointed as Joint Director of Hospitality Private Limited. In April 2014, he was appointed as Director of Basant Rubber Factory Private Limited, Mumbai. In the same year, he founded “The Roll Company” in partnership with Juspreet Walia. The following year, the duo founded Bombay Food Truck, Mumbai’s first food truck. He co-founded the bar “Please Don’t Tell” with his friends Abhayraj Singh Kohli and Juspreet Singh Walia. In addition, Ashesh L Sajnani manages several other cafes and restaurants including Via Bombay, Le Café, Eat Thai, Moksha Elevated Dining and Astrix The Lounge.
