Samuel Levinson (born January 8, 1985) is an actor and director from the United States. He is the son of Oscar-winning director Barry Levinson. He received his first writing credit as a co-writer on the 2010 action comedy Operation: Endgame. The following year, he made his directorial debut with Another Happy Day (2011), which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival to mixed reviews. He later received a writing credit for his father’s HBO television film Wizard of Lies (2017). He then wrote and directed the feature films Assassination Nation (2018) and Malcolm & Marie (2021), both of which received mixed to negative reviews.
