The actress, who founded health and wellness brand Being Frenshe, spoke to PEOPLE for One Last Thing:

The last time I danced I was in the kitchen with my daughter. She loves to dance so we always have a little dance party. I’m pretty sure it is Encanto.

Last time my pet made me laugh We have two dogs, and Sushi, our Maltipoo, makes me laugh. He keeps staring at me. I think she was sent to watch over us.

Last time I saw the sunset. We have a place in Malibu, and my husband and I will go there and watch the sunset. We like to enjoy those moments and simply be present.

Last Obsession I just started using the new Being Frenshe body wash scents. They are unreal. There are so many stressful moments in life, so it’s nice to be able to take a shower and that smell helps to ground you.

Last time I sang out loud Yesterday I sang the song “This Wish” from Desire movie in the car. My daughter sings non-stop. The fact that she knows all the words to the songs is so wild. I think she was meant to be a singer.

Being Frenshe is now available at Target stores.
