On November 12, 2020, he was found hanging at his rental property in Mcleodganj, Upper Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. According to sources, no suicide note was found at the death scene. He has reportedly been living with his foreign friends for the past six years.

  • He had no formal acting training. He performed at various film festivals during his student and college days.
  • In 1989, he moved to Mumbai and acted in college productions. He used to spend all his salary on buying tickets or passes for theatrical performances. In 1991, for nearly a week, he watched Athol Fugard’s play “Boseman and Lena” every day.
