Atif Aslam was born on March 12, 1983, in Wazirabad, Punjab, Pakistan (40 years old as of 2023). His zodiac sign is Pisces. He started his kindergarten education at Kimberley Hall School, Lahore. When he moved to Rawalpindi, he studied at St. Paul’s Cambridge School in the satellite town of Rawalpindi. After returning to Lahore, he continued his studies in the Divisional Public School. He started his FSC career from Fazaia Inter College, Lahore. He studied at the Punjab Institute of Computer Science (PICS), Lahore, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

He started his career in 2002 as the lead singer of the band “Jal”. Atif gained a lot of fame through this band. The band initially achieved commercial success in 2003 with the song “Aadat”.
After leaving the band, Atif released his first solo album, Jalpari, which was a huge success.
He first came to prominence in Bollywood through Mahesh Bhatt when he came to Atif to seek his approval to add his song “Woh Lamhey” to the film “Zeher (2005)”. In 2011, he made his debut with the movie “Bol”.
