Aubrey Plaza of ‘White Lotus’ Wears the Most Daring Look of the Emmys Red Carpet, Giant ‘Needle’ Included!

Aubrey Plaza was red hot on the Emmys red carpet.

On Sunday during the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards, Parks and recreation alum, 39, appeared on the red carpet wearing a bold gold Loewe gown, complete with a giant “pin” threaded through the top of the dress’s square-cut top.

Plaza was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Harper Spiller in White lotus.

Aubrey Plaza went sassy in her daring Stella McCartney gown on the 2023 Met Gala red carpet.

The actress is used to owning the red carpet. For her Met Gala look last year, she was the headliner in her Stella McCartney cut-out dress.

The all-white number featured a chunky silver chain around a plunging neckline, as well as around a hidden side cutout. She paired the piece with black above-the-elbow gloves and sparkling jewels.

In February 2023, Plaza’s dress at the SAG Awards also made headlines.

At the event, the actress stepped out in a Michael Kors sleeveless sequined gown with a center front cutout and a criss-cross neckline that revealed her toned bottom. Styled by Jessica Paster, Plaza also donned bling by Mouawad jewelry and metallic Jimmy Choo sandals.

While glamorous, her look drew mixed reactions from fans, who took to the comments section of Instagram fashion blog Check the Tag, which shared a photo of Plaza’s pre-event look, to voice their criticism. But Pasteur quickly defended her work.

After one user wrote, “the straps could be adjusted better, but I love the color and the hair and makeup look amazing,” Paster replied, “I did 7 fixes .. really … I wanted under the boob 😍. ”
