- In August 2020, when Avinash Pande was in charge of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) in Rajasthan, the Congress party collapsed due to the rebellious behavior of Sachin Pilot It was decided to constitute a three-member committee to examine the concerns expressed by the Indian Parliament.
