She was released from prison in 2013, but recanted just two years later after selling nude pictures of herself online.

Despite a mountain of controversy, the decision was made to release Connelly again in 2022 and she is subject to 20 license conditions.

The mean mum is now back behind bars after breaching the terms of that licence.

A spokesman for HM Prison and Probation Service said: “Offenders released on license are subject to strict conditions and we will not hesitate to call them to prison if they break the rules.”

It is not clear what offense Connelly committed to return to prison.

The brutal killing of Baby P in 2007 shocked the nation after it emerged that 60 opportunities to save him were missed.

Little Peter suffered more than 50 injuries during the eight-month campaign of cruelty in Haringey, north London.

Connelly’s partner, Steven Barker and his brother Jason Owen were also jailed over his death.

In 2022, mum was released from HMP Low Newton under cover of darkness despite a last-minute plea from then-Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab.

The Sun pictured the 20-stone Connelly back on the streets as she pulled up to Aldi.

She then returned to her bail hostel in a secret location in the north.

The parole bid was her fourth after losing appeals in 2015, 2017 and 2019 – and officials concluded she still posed a threat to the public.

He will now have to face the Parole Board again to be considered for release again.

How Baby P’s death horrified the nation

Peter Connelly died in London in 2007 aged just 17 months after suffering more than 50 injuries.

During the eight-month campaign of cruelty, health and social workers saw him 60 times.

Peter’s nightmare began when mum Tracey Connelly invited her new boyfriend Steven Barker to move in during November 2006.

Just a few months later, a general practitioner noticed bruises on his face and chest, and the young man was placed in the care of a family friend.

A brief break from the abuser ended in January 2007 when he returned home and was later hospitalized twice.

Connelly was arrested after doctors found Peter suffering from injuries including two bruises to his eye and swelling to the side of his head.

Despite her arrest, Peter’s ordeal worsened when Barker’s brother, Jason Owen, moved into the home with the 15-year-old girl.

Social workers visited the home, but the evil attackers smeared his face with chocolate to hide the bruises.

On August 3, 2007, Baby P was found dead in her bloody crib – just one day after police told Connelly she would not be prosecuted.

An autopsy later revealed he had swallowed a tooth after being hit, was missing fingernails and had a broken back.

Owen and Barker were convicted of causing or allowing the death of a child, to which Connelly had previously pleaded guilty.
