I followed him (Sidhu) with his government gunman and got into another car. On the way, I saw a Toyota Corolla car following my son’s Thar. There were four people in it. When my son’s Thar reached the phirni (outer road) of Jawaharke village, a white Bullero car was already waiting there. Four people were sitting in it. As soon as my son’s Thar arrived in front of the Bolero car, the four miscreants started shooting indiscriminately at him. The shooting continued for some time, and then the rioters fled in Bullero and Corolla vehicles. As soon as I reached the place, it started making noise. I called the people around me and then took my son and both friends to the hospital.”
