Russell Wilson Reveals His Top 3 Songs by Wife Ciara: ‘That’s the One for Me’

Russell Wilson knows a thing or two about his wife’s music catalog.

The NFL star couldn’t help but name a handful of his wife Ciara’s songs when tasked with naming his “top three” during a recent interview with I AM AN ATHLETE.

“Well, number one, I’d say ‘Drive.’ I love watching that video. Under two, I’d say ‘Body Party’ because there’s a moment in that song [when] I saw her smile and I said, ‘That’s it for me.’ I saw her smile in that video and I said, ‘She’s the one for me.'”

He listed three songs for third place – “1, 2, Step”, “Goodies” and “Level Up”.

Wilson also praised her ability to balance work and motherhood. “Her drive and her passion, watching her every day, the success. I mean, she’s the best person on the planet on stage, in my opinion,” he said.

“I look up to her and everything she does and what a business woman she is. She has her own skin care line called OAM,” he continued. “She has all these business things, and she’s still a mom who drives the kids to school every day.”

Wilson attributed his wife’s success to “she gives her all” every day. The couple welcomed daughter Amora Princess in December 2023. They are also parents to 6-year-old Sienna Princess and 3-year-old Win Harrison. Ciara is also mother to Future’s son Zahir, 9, with ex Future.

The musician equally supported her husband’s career. In addition to attending his games, she told PEOPLE when he signed with the Denver Broncos in 2022 that they were ready for a “new chapter.”

“The people are so sweet. It’s the perfect combination of things. The restaurants were amazing. So I’m excited,” she added of the move to Denver.

On Valentine’s Day, Wilson wrote a sweet Instagram tribute to Ciara, thanking her for making him “better.”
