The two actors – who have both portrayed the Joker for the past five years – met briefly at Sunday’s awards show in Los Angeles.
“Just laughing 🤡,” Keoghan, 31, wrote in his Instagram caption alongside two photos he posted on Monday.
Phoenix, 49, played failed comedian Arthur Fleck before becoming a clown-faced supervillain in the film Joker, the 2019 film that won him an Oscar for Best Actor. Meanwhile, Keoghan played the Joker opposite Robert Pattinson’s Batman in the 2022 film. Batman.
