Bel Powley and Douglas Booth Married in ‘Most Love Filled Ceremony’

Bel Powley and Douglas Booth are married!

On Thursday, Morning show star, 31, revealed that she and Booth, also 31, tied the knot on October 28 as she shared a series of sweet photos from their big day.

“💘 28 • 10 • 23 💘 The day @douglasbooth and I got married, in the most love-filled ceremony, in front of all our favorite people on this earth,” the English actress captioned the photo. “I have no words to describe how happy I feel. I love you @douglasbooth ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

In the first photo from the carousel, the couple can be seen locking lips in the black and white shot as they pose outside, with Powley holding her bouquet.

For her wedding, the actress chose a complex wedding dress designed by Miu Miu. The strapless gown featured a bodice and skirt embellished with crystals and organza flowers, while her actor husband wore a navy blue suit and olive green tie.

In a separate Instagram post, Powley thanked the Italian haute couture brand for “making all my dreams come true” with her wedding day outfit. “I have never felt so beautiful and completely myself as in my wedding dress!!” she wrote, adding that the “incredible” design process was something she “will never forget.”

Other photos shared that day show Powley and Booth exchanging rings during the ceremony, with Powley being led down the aisle.

The newlyweds were inundated with congratulatory messages following their special news. Powley’s ex Morning show Reese Witherspoon wrote in the comments section, “Bel!!!! I’m so happy for you and Doug 💕💕💕.”

Beanie Feldstein’s wedding cake was ‘absolute heaven’ — all the delicious details from her big day

“Congratulations!!!! Sending you both so much love!” added Liev Schreiber, while Beanie Feldstein, who married Bonnie-Chance Roberts in June, wrote, “beautiful! Mazel tov!”

As reported Voguethe couple married at Petersham Nurseries in their hometown of London and hosted a reception at the Institute of Contemporary Art near Buckingham Palace, with Powley changing into another Miu Miu dress for the celebration.

Powley also revealed that the couple planned the entire wedding themselves in just six months.

“We didn’t have a single disagreement about anything and we were a great team with the common goal of throwing the best, loving party for all of our friends and family that we adore so much,” she said. Powley and Booth first met on the set of a period drama Mary Shelley back in 2016 and got engaged in July 2021.

Back in September, Powley celebrated her upcoming nuptials with a bachelorette party – called a hen party in the UK – and shared a series of pictures from the celebration on Instagram.
