Below Deck's Captain Lee Would Have 'Dragged' Luke Jones Off the Boat After Sexual Misconduct (Exclusive)

In PEOPLE’s exclusive look at Captain Lee Rosbach’s new podcast, the Bravolebrity compared Luke Jones to “garbage” while discussing how Jones climbed naked into flight attendant Margot Sisson’s bed “without consent” while she slept

Captain Lee Rosbach is speaking publicly about the sexual misconduct of former crew member Luke Jones on Bravo Below deck.

Captain Jason Chambers quickly fired Jones during a season two episode in August after he climbed into flight attendant Margot Sisson’s bed “without consent” while she slept. Chief flight attendant Aesha Scott quickly alerted Chambers, who then removed Jones from the ship for the night and terminated his employment the following morning.

In PEOPLE, an exclusive look at PodcastOne’s debut episode Salty with Captain Leeco-hosted by Rosbach with Sam DeCavalcanti, the captain talks about inappropriate behavior and why he shouldn’t handle the situation “like Captain Jason did.”

“I mean, yeah, I’d fire him, and yeah, he’d be off the boat that night,” he says of Jones. “His exit would not be as comfortable as his exit was under Captain Jason.”

DeCavalcanti asks if Rosbach suggested he would have a “shot.”[ed] his… off the ship” and threw out all the belongings of the crew member with him.

“I would drag his… off the ship,” the captain confirms, not holding back. “He would bounce up each flight of stairs in the crew shack, then bounce down each flight of stairs until he landed next to the garbage bags, where I would let him be picked up with the rest of the garbage. .”

Along with Jones, Chambers also fired Laura Bileskalne in the same episode for his own unacceptable behavior. She was fired for inappropriately reacting to Jones’ actions, as well as her own bad behavior towards sailor Adam Kodra the night before.

“Their behavior was disgusting. Both of them,” said Rosbach Us Weekly in August. “And I’m sure they’ll be paying the price for that for a long time to come. As they should.”

He also added that he was “impressed” with the way Chambers and Scott handled the disturbing incident.

“I don’t know if I would have had the wherewithal to stay calm like Captain Jason, but he certainly took over and did the right thing,” he continued, noting that when one is a captain, one is “responsible for anything and everything that happens. Jason handled it brilliantly.”

In a confessional in the Season 2 episode, Scott – who spoke openly about her own experience with sexual assault – said Jones’ behavior made her “skin crawl”.

“We don’t really know what would happen, but being naked in her bed, and she has no idea, actually gives me goosebumps,” she shared. “You have no right to put someone unconscious in that position… the thought of someone violating or being in her space just makes me sick.”
