Below Deck’s Daisy Kelliher Says She’s ‘Over the Trauma’ of Choppy Romance with Colin MacRae (Exclusive)

It seems Daisy Kelliher and Colin MacRae’s short-lived boat ride turned toxic water under the bridge for the Bravo stars.

The Sailboat below deck exes spoke to PEOPLE at BravoCon 2023 about where they are now after their long-term relationship led to a tumultuous relationship that turned into a dramatic love triangle involving their friend and fellow traveler Gary King.

While the 36-year-old chief flight attendant understands that her and MacRae’s transition from friends to exes “feels fresh to everyone else,” she notes that their attempt to get off the ship “was actually a long time ago.”

She confirms: “I put it to bed. I got over the trauma and moved on.”

MacRae, 34, has similar sentiments: “It’s just something we have to deal with and hopefully move on from.”

The head engineer admitted he was “nervous to see Daisy” at the convention in Las Vegas this weekend since they hadn’t spoken “since the reunion” was filmed this summer.

“First of all, it put a strain on our friendship,” he admits. “We were such good friends before we got romantically involved with each other, and a lot happened between seasons, so to come back and work together after some of that stuff fell through — it was a lot. It was a lot that to deal with, for sure.”

However, Kelliher is focused on getting by and doing her job.

“I like to think I’m professional and for me, as much as it comes into our lives on boats, it’s yachting,” she told PEOPLE. “I would always put my profession before those relationships. So I’m OK. I’m a professional, I can work with my ex.”
