Bethenny Frankel came up with a holiday gift.
Former The Real Housewives of New York star, 54, shared a helpful guide on how to avoid splurging on unnecessary gifts this holiday season while still making others happy.
“Are you a regifter? Absolutely!” she began in an Instagram Reel shared on her account on Tuesday, December 24.
In the clip, Frankel sat on the floor in a formal gray, blue and white sweater and blue denim jeans as a variety of gifts were wrapped in her background.
Looking through her things, she continued, “So if someone sends me something and I already have it or I really don’t need it, or it just wouldn’t be good for me—my rule is I have to elevate it.”

The former Bravo star went on to give examples of how to take unwanted gifts to the next level before sharing them with others.
Frankel explained that if someone sent her a shaker she didn’t need, she would “buy a real, beautiful rose gold corkscrew and martini glasses with it and a bottle of alcohol and put it in a nice bag and put it all together” before let him find a new home.
But she did not stop there with the sharing of suggestions.

“Say I have candles, people always give you candles,” she began, adding that she might add a candle warmer and a nice set of matches to complete the gift.
For her latest example, Frankel let her followers know that she no longer needed the makeup bag she received, even though she liked the one she tried using in her demonstration.

“But pretend I meant to give this,” she said. “I would fill this with beauty [products]. And I would probably put it with a purse or a fragrance or something else. I would raise the gift.”
She concluded by saying that she would give “150 percent”.

Before sharing her mini guide, the TV personality spent the morning trying out a new Christmas tradition by trying Chili’s Fried Mozzarella with her 14-year-old daughter Bryn.
She filmed the two of them spending some quality mother-daughter time together as they picked up appetizers and tried them out in their car.
For Frankel, the crunching sound when her teenager bit into a cheese stick was incredible enough.

After they finished trying out the new tradition, the ladies headed home for a family dinner and Bryn – who was ready for a holiday with a reindeer headband – settled in with his two dogs.
Last month, the duo kicked off the holiday season by attending the film’s premiere on November 17 Dwarf on Broadway in New York.
They posed together on the red carpet at the Marquis Theatre, with the reality star wearing a pink and white tweed jacket with jeans, while Bryn wore a black long-sleeved top and white maxi skirt.
